“Telecom Armenia” CJSC (formerly “VEON Armenia” and “Armentel”) belongs to “TEAM” LLC, which was founded by Hayk and Alexander Yesayan. On October 29, “TEAM” LLC acquired 100% of the company’s shares using credit funds.
