“The history of “Semushka” began in 2002, when a group of like-minded people came up with the idea of creating a seed production company. The brand was called “Semushka” – this is how sunflower seeds are called in Armenian folk slang. Over the following years, the range of products was expanded, white and striped pumpkin seeds appeared. In 2014, Semushka was the first to introduce a line of Armenian dried fruits to the market, including such new items for the Russian market as dried peaches, pears, red plums and persimmons.”
