“Development and Investments Corporation of Armenia” universal credit organization closed joint stock company, being a development financial institution, shall aim at contributing to the development of the Republic of Armenia, promotion of investments and increase of export. “Development and Investments Corporation of Armenia” universal credit organization closed joint stock company (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) shall be a legal person which, based on the licence issued by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia and pursuant to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and this Charter, shall have the right to carry out the types of activity prescribed by the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On credit organisations”
