Defanse housing

The implementation of the general project will provide a new microdistrict with a population of more than 45,000.
The project consists of 3 phases:
Phase 1: construction of 63 multi-apartment residential buildings on an area of 43 hectares with its complete infrastructure
Phase 2: Development of the 2nd residential district and business center
Phase 3: Construction of a sports complex, shopping center and hospital
