The Convention and Exhibition Bureau of St. Petersburg was created by Decree of the Government of St. Petersburg No. 555 dated July 2, 2014 as an institute for the development of the meetings industry. The organization’s model is based on the best experience of world convention bureaus and the existing structure of interaction in the market of convention and exhibition services in St. Petersburg. The mission of the Convention and Exhibition Bureau is to promote St. Petersburg as a key international congress destination. The bureau’s activities are aimed at increasing the number of business events held, improving the quality of services provided and improving the convention and exhibition infrastructure.
