Araratbank

ARARATBANK was established as a result of the reorganization of Haykap Bank, operating in the Armenian financial market since 1991. On September 2005 ARARATBANK was reorganized into a closed joint stock company and in August 2007 into an open joint stock company. ARARATBANK provides financial services to individuals and legal entities. The branch network of the Bank comprises 51 branches, of which 50 branches are in the Republic of Armenia and 1 branch in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. Average number of employees as of 01.05.2023 stood at 1039. International banking state-of-the-art best technologies and best practice of the corporate governance are introduced in the Bank.
